alors en fête quand je vais sur msn, au bout 10-15-20 min, msn ferme toutes mes conversations tout seul et envoi des dossier "party..." a tout mes contacts!!!

tu double clic sur hijackthis , tu l'instal ( un deuxieme hijackthis va aparaitre tu double clic dessus tu clic sur do a scan systeme and save log
tu le laisse travailler un rapport vas apparaitre dans le bloc note tu le copie complet et tu le colle dans ta prochaine reponse

Micro with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or
contemporaneous understandings or agreements regarding such subject matter. Any
waiver of any provision of this Agreement will be effective only if in writing and signed by
Trend Micro. In the event that any provision or portion of this Agreement is found to be
invalid, that finding will not affect the validity of the remaining parts of this Agreement.
Trend Micro may assign or subcontract some or all of its obligations under this Agreement
to qualified third parties or its affiliates and/or subsidiaries, provided that no such
assignment or subcontract shall relieve Trend Micro of its obligations under this
Agreement.
14. QUESTIONS. Address all questions about this Agreement to:

The Software is protected by copyright, trade secret and U.S. PATENT laws, and
international treaty provisions. UNAUTHORIZED REPRODUCTION OR DISTRIBUTION

puis click sur demarrer et execute > dans la boite de dialogue tape ceci > services.msc et valide par ok
dans la fenetre des services arrete ce service : France Telecom Routing Table Service (FTRTSVC)
et supprime ce fichier :
C:\WINDOWS\System32\FTRTSVC.exe
il dit que tu devrais mettre acrobat reader a jour :
ta version de acrobat reader n´est pas a jour (6.0), tu veux la version 8.1 derniere en date alors desinstale ta version par le panneau de configuration / ajoue et suppression de programme
et instale la derniere :

une fois antivir ouvert click sur l´onglet scanner dans la fenetre du dessous tu va voir : rootkit search click sur le petit + pour deployer et coche la case a coté de ton disk dur
puis click sur configuration en haut a droite puis dans la nouvelle fenetre a gauche >scanner > scan all files et en dessous >scanner priority = High
toujours a gauche > scan > deploie > heuristique > macrovirus heuristic = coché et en dessous > win32 heuristic la case coché et high detection level
puis pour verifier que tout est ok fais ce scan et post le rapport ici :
