Annual subscription payment by credit card

Hello,
After subscribing to a Zen student plan (with a free debit card due to an agreement between the university I attend and LCL), I realize today that I have been charged an "ANNUAL CARD FEE" of €35.00 on my current account! Please explain to me why such a charge has been made on my account when my debit card is supposed to be free! (Will I be refunded the amount?)

Hello,
you need to write to LCL indicating that they have probably made a mistake and to please credit the wrongfully debited account, otherwise get in touch with a consumer association.
Personally, I wrote to close my bank account at LCL in June 2007 and they just sent me fees for extraordinary account management, really!!!-
Good evening.. I have the same issue; I am with Crédit Coopératif; I was supposed to have some money and surprise! when I check my accounts I see: card fee 30 euros... No one ever talked to me about this.. I don't even know what it is.. If someone can explain to me: is this normal? I should mention that I recently changed my card.. But my banker never mentioned a 30 euro fee.. please help me..
