reload blocked by coupon on sfr !!!!!! Solved/Closed

Question

Hi everyone, I have a huge problem. So here it is, to recharge my phone with a voucher, they say it's blocked and to unblock it, I need to call 0614001900. I called this number, followed all the prompts they asked (number 2; then I provided the brand of the phone; I entered the PUK code they gave me, my new PIN). And, strangely, as soon as I call 952, they say it's blocked and I need to call the 06... In summary, I haven't done anything... So, I need your help!!!!!!!!!!

I've already had this problem, you need to call SFR support, they will ask for your name, surname, address, etc., and the phone number, the top-up code and it's sorted out. If worse comes to worst, go to an SFR store and ask them the question =)

koukou I've got the same problem with my port actually when you call 0614001900 you have to ask to speak to an advisor and he will help you unblock your port there you go, good luck!

When activating my line, I got 4 unlimited SMS recharges until June 26, as well as the €5 already in the phone; from these €5, I had (€3.25) left.

Voici si tu ne peux plus envoyer de messages, c'est parce qu'il faut avoir au minimum 10 centimes de crédit pour que tes SMS illimités soient encore valables.

There is no free service number from a landline. I also had fun entering fake codes and it got blocked. I went to the SFR store and they told me they wouldn't unlock it on-site and that I had to call 1026. It does cost a bit on the phone bill since there's about 4 minutes of waiting before speaking to an advisor, but when there’s no choice, there’s no choice.

Hi everyone, if someone is having trouble recharging their credit with a coupon because it’s not working and you’re told they are not available, I have the solution (well, that’s what happened to me) lol. Go to settings on your phone, and go to call settings. Then, you should see the "Switch line" option; click on it, it should put you on line 1, and then you can recharge your phone using a coupon.
