Printer refusing to print

Hello, my Canon TS5055 printer seems to be functioning normally with new ink cartridges but my page comes out unprinted. What should I do, please? Thanks!

    Hello,

    You can try reinstalling the Canon driver by uninstalling the PC’s driver first, then download the full package from the Canon France site and reinstall it, but only if there is no printing from the PC.

    Next, the nozzles should be tested thoroughly, including with an autonomous photocopy, then run an in-depth cleaning and check the print head.

    Place a sheet, start the photocopy from the control panel but without the PC:

    If the copy comes out white, it’s an internal hardware problem.

    If it comes out printed, then it becomes a software/driver issue.

    Also, the TS5055 uses a removable print head, and sometimes it is not properly clipped or still dirty after a cartridge change.

    All that remains is to test everything to ensure there isn’t a head clog either.
