Refusal to feed sheets by my Canon G2411 printer

My Canon Pixma G2411 printer has been refusing to feed paper for my prints for a while. Often I have to hold the sheets to help them pass, which is quite difficult by the way. Please help me!

    Hello

    Search the internet on how to clean the small rubber rollers at the entrance. They are the ones that drive the leaves, and if they are dirty, dusty, or wet, it won't work anymore.

      Great, thank you so much! I just went to the "printer maintenance" option and was able to clean the rollers without opening the printer, and that did the trick!!!!!!! My printer started taking paper without difficulty. Thanks Madmyke and thanks to the forum administrators. I am satisfied.
