My keyboard switches languages by itself

Thank you for your reply, but it changes language every time which is annoying and I want it to start in French even if I have to delete it, but I can't do it. Best regards.

English is the default language of your OS, I just fixed the problem right now.
For those who still have this small issue, you need to do the following:

Control Panel + Language and Region + Keyboards and Languages + Change Keyboards.
In the default language dropdown, remove English and set French; if it doesn't exist, add it a bit lower using the Add button.

Set French as Default and then remove English. At this point, you're all set.

Go look in the "language options" or in the "keyboard"..., otherwise, type
"use the keyboard more easily" in "help"...
