Hello, I have a problem with my brother's computer, it's a Teclast F15S, and it won't start. When you turn on the computer, the Teclast logo appears, followed by a spinning wheel to show loading, and then it says “restarting” and it keeps repeating endlessly. The computer is unusable. If anyone has a solution, I'm all ears.
