Emails from Thunderbird are ending up in spam

Hello,

My Thunderbird has several problems

1. its messages end up in the spam folders of many of my correspondents

2. the emails I moved into a special folder because I need to keep them have disappeared except the most recent ones.

Thanks for helping me repair Thunderbird or re-register it without losing all my data

I am on Windows 7

    Hello,

    Check your Thunderbird filters and the Spam (trash) folder settings under Tools > Account Settings > Junk Settings,

    Reactivate the filters if necessary. If the problem persists, examine the profile files in C:\Users\YOUR-USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\ to restore missing emails.

    Thank you for your help.

    I discovered that Thunderbird is getting a "brand-new look" — not reassuring at first. But actually I now have my mail not only on "IMAP" but also on "POP3," and from there my messages reach my contacts without any problems.

    I admit I didn’t initiate this change myself — effective for 2 days — but I’m delighted about it.
