Thunderbird is not displaying all messages

Hello,

I have a problem that has been ongoing for several months. Thunderbird is not displaying all my messages.
I realized this when I checked my emails via Free's webmail. All the messages that Free shows in "Promotions" or "Social" do not arrive in Thunderbird!
Yet I checked, no filters are installed...

What should I do?

try a right-click on Inbox -> properties -> repair the folder
