Hello,
I am reaching out to you because I cannot delete the messages. When I try to delete, the email is crossed out and there is a red cross to the left of the email.
I can send emails.

Hello,
It is unwise to leave your personal data (civil status, address, phone number...) in plain sight on public forums. I have therefore masked your name.
Isn't there a trash can to empty after we've clicked "delete"?
