Desktop PC taking over 30 minutes to boot up

Hi everyone, my PC takes over 30 minutes to show me the desktop! I have Windows 11 on a 2TB HDD and a 1TB 2.5" SSD. You might think the HDD is dead, but I don't have any problems in games. So I don’t power it off, I put it to sleep and then I’m quickly on the desktop. I also have apps freezing, sometimes the browser freezes for 10 minutes or more, or Steam and the Task Manager stop responding, basically nothing is working!
Right now the browser is working normally for the moment, so I’m taking this chance to get your opinions. (If it weren’t for this insane increase in storage, I would have removed the HDD)

Hello,
If you want to diagnose your storage there is CrystalDiskInfo.
However using an HDD for the system is normal for it to be slow, and it all depends on the configuration, settings, and maintenance for the rest.
My old fixed PC five years old takes 30 seconds from the moment I press the power button, Windows starts, types the password, and loads; understood, and everything is highly operational, I’ve never formatted the system since early 2021 I just did the upgrade to Windows 11 and I use ultra fast boot for the BIOS responsiveness.
For example, saying that the PC should be fast thanks to the SSD is misleading; there exist low-end SSDs that drop in write speed worse than a traditional hard drive, it all depends on quality, not peak speeds.

Hello,
In the meantime, not to stay with a system that’s too shaky,
uninstall any antivirus or protection that isn’t Microsoft Defender
To check for unwanted items, or real-time unnecessary processes, I’m talking about truly optimizing by also disabling services and startup tasks from chip manufacturers, Intel, Nvidia, Realtek, or anything related to software that’s too much at startup.
Then to further reduce what Windows has, use O&O ShutUp10++

I recommend roughly these settings
The program has changed a bit, but it looks like this:
