Hello
I put audio files on a USB key but when it’s connected it lights up but there’s no music on the onboard computer? If someone has a solution I’m all ears? Thanks to anyone who answers: it’s on a C3 and nothing is easy on this car!

Hello,
There are already 2 important criteria: what is the format type of the key (fat32, NTFS, exfat, ...) and the type of audio files (wav, mp3, aac, ...). For the latter, more than the file extension name, what matters is the codec used.
And you should search, for these 2 criteria, for this auto (device?), what it recognizes.
You could try different formatting of the key and different audio file types. Also try short names, without accents, without special characters, and placed at the root of the key (no folders).

The C3 is 12/31/2025 the files are mp3, so it should pass, but even if it's WMA it should pass because they are CDs that I bought; when I connect it, it turns on, but does the contact establish itself?

The system reads audio files with the extension
".wma, .aac, .flac, .ogg, .mp3" with a bitrate
between 32 Kbps and 320 Kbps.
It also supports VBR (Variable Bit
Rate).
Any other file type (.mp4 for example)
cannot be read.
The ".wma" files must be WMA 9 standard.
The sampling frequencies supported are 32, 44 and 48 kHz.
It is recommended to name files with less than 20 characters, excluding
special characters (e.g. « » ? . ; ù)
to avoid any reading or display issues.
Use only USB drives formatted FAT32 (File Allocation Table).

I formatted it before putting files on it, the other keys don’t pose any problem!
When you ask a question, you have to provide all the information. Here it's just one key that doesn't work while there are others that do. It's not the same question!
You didn't even indicate whether you formatted it correctly in FAT32.
This key might have a capacity that is too large for some devices in FAT32. Or if it's a brand that isn't recognized, it could be faulty.I was talking about the size of the key, not its fill. There are keys of 512GB, 1TB, 2TB; I don't know how they behave under FAT32.
16GB should not be a problem. If it doesn't work in FAT32, we should try formatting it to NTFS.
