What does ColorUService do on Asus computers?

every time I shut down my ASUS computer, it indicates that the ColorUService software is running and I need to close it,...
What is that?
Is it useful or should I delete it and if so, how?

    ColorUsservice is a software that applies a color filter reminiscent of old photos.
