    Hello, if you can't install it, it's because it's incompatible with the 8 or 8.1 64-bit system. It's a 32-bit software. Either it doesn't install at all, or if it has installed, right-click on the icon, left-click on "Troubleshoot compatibility," and let it be. If it still doesn't work, right-click on the icon, left-click on "Properties," left-click on "Compatibility," check "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and try different options to see if you find a compatibility. Generally, XP Service Pack 3 mode works well for many old programs (to be confirmed).
