I would like to open a text file with EXCEL but the application does not appear in 'Open with'.

    Open with
    choose another application
    more apps
    search for another application on the PC
    "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\EXCEL.EXE"

    it's easier to open the .txt directly in Excel
