Hello,
Since I can't modify my question, I'm asking another one
According to http://vlc-media-player.org/modules/xoopsfaq/index.php?cat_id=1média/ouvrir to open a disk/
you need to right-click on the DVD drive in the file explorer and go to properties to set VLC as the software
When I do this, I get the screen:
I don't see where I can set the software
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 46.0

Hello,
Set VLC as the default media player:
Right-click on the Start button
Search
Type: default programs
Then configure the default programs
In the list, scroll down to VLC player
Then on the right click on choose default settings for this program
Check the box: select all then save at the bottom of the window then ok
Go back to VLC player
Then on the right click on set this program as default
Click apply and ok
For automatic playback of DVDs:
Right-click on the Start button or press Windows key + X
Control Panel
Hardware and Sound
Autoplay
Check the box to use autoplay for all media and all devices.
In the DVD and CD line, select VLC
