Hello everyone!
Once again, the same recurring issue...
I bought a laptop a while ago running Windows 10, on which I of course tried to run Medieval II.
The little window asking for admin privileges popped up again, interrupting my excitement and desire to play Medieval.
I searched for the infamous KB3086255, which is unfortunately not on the list of updates (as expected).
If anyone has a solution to work around this problem, I would be very grateful!
Thank you for your attention, and I wish you all a wonderful end of year holiday season!

I searched a lot on various forums, this problem is recurrent, but most of the solutions found require reverting to Windows 7, however, since I bought the computer with Windows 10, it is impossible to go back to an OS that it didn't have before...
The problem is said to be due to a Windows update, however, I cannot remove it, for the same reason that I cannot "go back" to Windows 7, which is that the list of Windows updates is empty.
Thank you for your response!
