Epson Ecotank - one color won't print anymore...

Hello,

I purchased an Epson Ecotank printer in May 2021. You have to fill the ink using bottles. The blue color no longer prints. I’ve done the cleaning program, nozzle cleaning, etc., but nothing works... Has anyone else had this problem? And does anyone have a solution to propose?

    Hello,

    After changing 4 red cartridges... since I had several different generic ones, the ink wasn't recognized, I eventually checked the inside of the ink carriage (there are 9 strips that read the cartridges' chip inside the carriage: 5 on top and 4 on the bottom) and one strip was missing: verdict I changed printers... Good luck
