Waiting for a Fnac delivery for 2 months

On April 15, 2026 I placed an order on Google’s site, the sponsored Fnac site, for a Krups coffee machine labeled "promo" at the price of €67. The €67 was debited from my account and I still have no news about this delivery. What recourse do I have? Thank you.

    We don’t see the connection with Google unless a search returns a site claiming to be Fnac, in which case we may fear the worst.

    If we go through Fnac’s own site, as is the case everywhere, the drawback of Marketplaces is that they are responsible for the tracking, not Fnac, so it is to them that you must turn, and whether or not they are reactive.

    It can happen that, across all sites, the reliability of these Marketplaces is not tested before their acceptance by the main site, and thus a site that is not reliable or even dishonest may slip through the cracks.

      The person is potentially talking about this banner in which a Fnac ad for a Krups machine had been offered.
