    Some clarifications about the context would be welcome. In particular, the software used for messaging and the version of macOS concerned. What does the message say in terms of technical information? Since when has this problem been occurring (installation, update, etc.)?

    Do you observe the same issue if you run a test with another messaging software or in a session with a new macOS user account created for the occasion, or the "Guest" account, for example, to see if things behave differently in a "clean" context?
