Remove black screen from the desktop

Hello,

I have a client who is annoyed because her Eran background has turned black. She has a HP laptop with Windows 11. How to restore the original color please?

I downloaded a zip file to restore it to the initial state but nothing helps.

What should I do?

    Hello,

    Many of us are experiencing this problem, a consequence of the (optional) update KB5120998.

      The black screen on the desktop disappeared on its own. It has returned to normal.
