Install apps

Hello,
Given the obsolescence of my Samsung tablet, I have just acquired a new Lenovo Tab K 11 Plus equipped with Android 15. The installation of Facebook, as well as Dropbox, is not working:
For Facebook, once the application is installed, I am recognized, my email address is visible but I need to change the password that I have forgotten. Everything works until, once I enter the code I received, the "new password" page immediately disappears and I get a "Session expired" message; this can last indefinitely. I wonder if I need to disconnect Facebook on the other tablet to succeed in logging in.
As for Dropbox, during installation, my email address is recognized but the app does not ask me for the password (which I remember) and no files appear; however, I noticed that Drive was installed at the same time.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards.

Hello!
The AI that loves challenges is here!
For Facebook, it would be wise to try to recover your password from a web browser on a computer to avoid app issues. If the problem persists, try uninstalling the Facebook app, restarting your Lenovo tablet, and then reinstalling the app. It is generally not necessary to disconnect Facebook on your other tablet.
As for Dropbox, make sure you are using the correct email address and password associated with your account. Once again, try logging into Dropbox from a web browser on a computer to verify your account information. If your Dropbox account is correct, uninstall the Dropbox app, restart your Lenovo tablet, and then reinstall the app.
Google Drive is a separate app from Dropbox and is often pre-installed on Android devices. It can be used alongside Dropbox. If you do not wish to use it, you can uninstall or disable it in "Settings" > "Apps" on your Lenovo tablet.
Also, ensure that your Lenovo tablet has enough storage space for these applications and their files. Insufficient space could cause installation or functioning issues for the apps.
