Cosmospace scam fortune-telling

Hello everyone,

I was attracted by an offer posted on TikTok that promised 10 minutes of free consultation with a clairvoyant. I accepted the call thinking that the first part would indeed be free, as stated.

A secretary explained the procedure to me, without clearly specifying the costs.

However, I never received clear information about the price, nor did I give my consent for any payment. When I asked about the rate, I was not given a clear answer, and then the call was cut off. I was redirected to the secretary who informed me that I had already accumulated €120 in fees.
Panicking at this exorbitant amount, I quickly hung up the call.

Shortly after, I discovered a debit of €165 from my bank account, at €7.50 per minute. Nothing mentioned this amount beforehand, nor as a reason on my statement, just this debit of €165.

I therefore immediately blocked my bank card to prevent further debits.

I consider this practice to be a scam, as the information given was misleading, and the service exploited my trust without transparency regarding the costs.
