Hello.
I was scammed by a fortune-telling agency. They are demanding amounts for sessions I did not request. How can I get out of this?
Thank you for your response.
Best regards.

Hello
Like usual, it's up to the one who claims to prove their assertions:
Civil Code L1353
Anyone who demands the enforcement of an obligation must prove it.
Unless a contract has been signed, it will be very difficult to prove any volatile nonsense..
So let them demand.. Play dead.. The crazy Ms. Irmas from the Ball, unable to prove anything, will eventually get tired.. Don’t be intimidated by any potential 'threats'.. We can seriously 'put a hex' on them (For example, make them lose their mind..).
Reminder: Online Fortune Telling is 100% a SCAM. Don't believe in these costly nonsense..

I thank you. Unfortunately, I have already paid. They wanted to send me a bailiff to make me listen to the so-called exchanges. I would have also had to pay, on top of that, the bailiff, fees, and penalties. They gave me two dates, the times, and the duration. I will ask Orange for the call logs relating to those dates. They date back to November 2019 and February 2020??? I have no memory of such calls.
I am distressed. I am 74 years old and have lung cancer.
If they do it again, what should I do? Do nothing, as you suggest?
I thank you very much for your help.
Sincerely.-
It's a scam, one more; there is already a grouped topic here https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-35545909-arnaque-a-la-voyance-societe-cosmospace
- Re:
A bailiff coming to listen to who knows what.. Totally unrealistic and inadmissible.. It's FAKE..
Let them bray, they have nothing admissible..
In the context of an amicable recovery (So no judgment..) there are NO fees to pay!! The Harpies at the Ball have tricked you..
Stop talking to these evil witches..
See you later Hello, a fortune teller called me and gave me a free 10-minute consultation. At the beginning, they wanted my credit card number to charge 1€, and at the end of the consultation, they told me I had gone over by 5€, so they are asking me for 41€. They have my credit card numbers, and if I don't pay, they say there will be court fees, bailiffs, and lawyers, and they mentioned debt collection too. It's really scary. What should I do?
