Hello. I transferred data from an iPhone 8 to an iPhone 13. Everything worked except that the messages on Messenger from before this transfer did not follow. I did some research and visited various sites. I did what was recommended: reset the iPhone 13 and redo the process, which I did three times. I wrote to Messenger, no coherent response.     I have never had any problems on an Android Smartphone....

    Have you connected the right account to Messenger?

    Have you tried connecting to Wi-Fi because the data saver might be on?

    Otherwise, have you reported your technical problem in the app -> Settings?
