Hello,

I received this message from Microsoft:

Complete a purchase by June 24, 2025 to keep your account active

You are receiving this email because your associated Microsoft Entra ID tenant (tenant ID XXXXXXXXXX) has been inactive for more than 200 days.

Required action: To continue using your tenant, make a purchase before June 24, 2025. If you don’t make a purchase before this date, your next purchase with Microsoft will require a new Microsoft Entra ID tenant to continue using Microsoft services.

When I click on the "Make a purchase" button, I end up on this page with this error message:

Sign-in failed

Error code: AADSTS5000225

Error message: AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity. To learn more about tenant lifecycle policies, see https://aka.ms/TenantLifecycle Trace ID: 4d1a6cce-ebe7-42cb-a44b-16e7dfd25d00 Correlation ID: d663ab29-4c86-4559-b868-63d0769c05db Timestamp: 2025-07-15 20:19:08Z

What should I do?
