Hello, I have a problem with my runaway dog. I bought a tracker that worked well with my Redmi phone. I had to set a code, and this code took control of my phone, so whenever I want to call, I have to enter the tracker code. I turned off the phone, then I turned it back on; Redmi code OK, but immediately it asks for the tracker code to call, and yet the tracker is off. Thanks everyone for helping me.

    How do you want us to know, if not by brand, at least the type of device?

    In Bluetooth, if it is off I suppose Bluetooth won’t pair, end of story, unless besides disabling this device on Bluetooth or Bluetooth altogether...

    In GPS with a SIM on the collar there is an app on the smartphone, perhaps with an internal setting to disable the search or disable the app altogether so that it is not launched automatically with the phone.

        So we fear the worst, Bluetooth but apparently a Chinese low-cost Air Tag with documentation reduced to its bare minimum.



        Since it seems to pair automatically as soon as it’s nearby, apart from unpairing and re-pairing each time, disabling Bluetooth or maybe removing the battery...
