Unable to open Outlook

Hello,

I am on Windows 10 and Android for my phone. I have the same problem on both my phone and my PC.

Here is the message I have on my PC:

    Hello,

    Uninstall the Outlook application for Windows, restart your PC, and reinstall it. Do the same for the one on Android.
