Unable to open Excel file in Outlook

Good evening everyone,

I have a little problem with the messaging box on Outlook when I receive an Excel file to open I get a message "sorry... We could not open the file in protected view."

However, I can open PDF and JPG files without any problem. So I'm asking if anyone can help me resolve the issue, they are welcome.

    Is it a file with macros or without?

    You can try saving it locally on the PC, then opening it

    No, the files are without macros.

    For saving to the hard drive, it worked for a while but it no longer works.
