Find new Samsung S21 Plus Europe version

Hello, given the outrageous offers from Orange, I'm looking for advice on buying a new Samsung S21+, 128GB, in the France (Europe) version, which I've read a lot of good things about regarding its performance. However, all the online sales sites don't master the technical specifications, and their sellers often sell US versions without mentioning it, even displaying the references of the European version (SM-G996B/DS).
Where can I find a new one at a reasonable price (preferably less than €250)?
If not, which model do you recommend with equivalent performance? I'd prefer to stay with Samsung, but... we'll see! Thank you.

Yes, I know that the model I need is SM-G996B/DS, but even when it's specified so precisely, the seller sends a US version, as I've seen in the comments on Rakuten, and I've experienced it with Cdiscount since they refunded me and took back the device. They've actually removed the exact reference since! I think the S21+ Europe is either too expensive or no longer available...
I'm going to look for something less powerful and stay around €200.

It can indeed be found without any problem in refurbished condition within the price range, sometimes specified as a US model, sometimes nothing at all, sometimes in European version, but if we doubt the truthfulness of this information, it means we shouldn’t buy refurbished.
The phone may not necessarily have a new battery and will always have a relatively old version of Android that cannot be updated.
It seems illusory to have a fully functional and upgradable phone at this price considering the original price, the question being why buy a model of this type (real or supposed photo quality, it’s not necessarily an argument for everyone?) if one doesn’t have the means or the desire to buy new.
My idea, but everyone does as they wish, is that there are new phones (not necessarily Samsung) in the price range of €250-300 that are of sufficient quality for the average person.

Hello, the S21+ offered by Cdiscount at €186 is a US version, not mentioned! I ordered it and therefore returned it since!
So I'm going to start looking for something new again, more in line with my budget????
I'm looking for a good battery capacity, a processor that doesn’t lag too much, and decent in photography, that's it, thanks everyone.

Pretty much all the phones in this price range have more or less the same features, except perhaps for high-level requirements for photos (but a smartphone is never a real camera) or for hardcore gamers (but in the specified range, no processor will be able to handle heavy games).
There can indeed be significant differences in battery life, usually optimistically advertised by the manufacturer.
I don't have any shares; I have an Oppo 76 which is not a speed demon but promises a battery life of about 2.5 days, which it achieves with basic use.
I'm not fond of Chinese overlays which can be limiting (Huawei and Xiaomi, Google and dedicated app stores), it's up to each individual to decide.

The first ones on Idealo are not specified.
At least the first two on Amazon are specified as GxxxB, with the B meaning, when not accompanied by other letters (aside from DS for Dual Sim), Europe plus possibly other countries.
