Hello
I have a Samsung Note 10.1 GT-N8010 tablet running Android version 4.1.2. I have the Orange app to watch TV on it, but yesterday the app stopped working and is asking me to update Android. However, I'm having trouble following the procedure.
How can I upgrade to a higher version of Android? Is my tablet still capable of accepting it? I'm worried it can't after reading other messages on your site.
Do you know of any apps to watch TV on a tablet? I've tried "tnt France," and it's not great. Can we find older versions of the Orange app that might still work?

Apparently, there’s a problem with Orange that is becoming national. They released a new version at the beginning of November that no longer works on Android 4. The whole community of people with tablets that cannot upgrade to a higher version are banding together against Orange, which doesn’t want to revert to a version compatible with Android 4.
And they are asking us to buy a new tablet
