Stuck on BIOS, Boot Option Priorities and Launch CSM

Hello everyone,
I'm asking for help after spending hours looking for a solution online, including through ChatGPT, but I still haven't managed to solve my problem.
I have an Asus laptop that only boots into the BIOS. Each time I turn it on, it goes directly to the BIOS without attempting to start Windows.
In the BIOS, the Boot Option Priorities and Launch CSM options are grayed out, making them completely inaccessible. I can't change the boot order or enable CSM (by disabling secure boot, I can access Launch CSM but it doesn't change anything).
It's also impossible to see if the original hard drive is detected: I can't find it anywhere in the BIOS menus.
I tried booting Windows from a USB stick, and it works. I also tested with another hard drive: it is detected during the Windows installation.
I am attaching photos of the BIOS so you can better understand the situation.

Does anyone have any idea what could be blocking it or what I can try to fix this?
EDIT: I noticed that after disabling secure boot and launch CSM, when I go to the BOOT option, only the DVD drive appears.
The SSD is new (about 2 years old) and it's a SAMSUNG 870 EVO 500 GB.

Hello
What is there in "boot options priority"?
If the SSD is not detected in the BIOS, it is probably faulty. You should try another one.
