I changed the black cartridge (recycled as always) and forgot the protective tape, obviously alignment page without black. So I removed the cartridge and took off that tape. But the printer remains stuck with the message above, even after rebooting. Thank you for your help. J.D.

It is possible that the printer still recognizes the initial error. Try cleaning the cartridge contact area with a damp, soft cloth to remove any ink or dust that might interfere with the sensor's reading. Make sure the adhesive is completely removed from the cartridge. Then reinstall the cartridge and proceed with a new restart.
If the problem persists, try resetting your printer: unplug it for about ten minutes, then plug it back in.
If it still doesn't work, the cartridge may be faulty. Try using another cartridge to see if the error persists.
