HP Deskjet 3055A Printer Issue: Cartridge Incident

Hello,
I have an HP 3055a printer (cartridge 301)
I have always installed authentic cartridges
When changing the black cartridge, the printer indicates "incident on color cartridge"
I reinstalled the cartridges, turned off the printer
then I tried cleaning the ink output area (and I do have color: it is not empty)
Then I tried to make it work without the color cartridge: and I got the same message "incident on the black cartridge"
I turned it off again for 5 minutes, started over but still the same
I then tried to put back the old black cartridge (without the color) and the printer works (but without printing since it's empty)
I then put the new black cartridge back (without the color) and again "incident on the black cartridge"
So I don't understand why I have this problem with the new cartridge (since I have always used authentic HP 301 cartridges)
If anyone can guide me on the issue, I thank you

Hello,
You put the cartridges, so the black ink on the right and the color ink properly on the left, right?
You also remove the protective cover from the cartridge, right?

I have exactly the same problem as you with the same printer model, and like you, I've tried everything but nothing works. Were you able to solve the problem?
