Replace black cartridge on an EPSON STYLUS SX400 printer

Hello,

No matter how hard I try, I can't position the cartridges in a way that gives me access to them. I'm not a pro, but if someone could kindly explain to me step by step how to do it, I would be very grateful.

    Thank you for the response, but my problem is that I can't POSITION my cartridges correctly on the right to make them accessible.

      Unplug the printer, check that nothing is blocking the movement of the print head.
      If necessary, manually, without forcing, move the head to the replacement position and resume the procedure.

    Are you sure that to change your cartridges you turn on the printer? Normally, if so, when you open the lid, the cartridges should move into position.
