Inter-VLAN communication blocking on Cisco SG350 with LAG

Hello
I want to configure a lag between a Cisco SG350-28MP switch and a Cisco RV345P router. When I enable the lag on the switch, I allow communication with the router. I have access to the interfaces by connecting directly via RJ45 to either the switch or the router.
I followed this tutorial to configure on the switch https://www.cisco.com/c/fr_ca/support/docs/smb/switches/cisco-350x-series-stackable-managed-switches/smb5098-configuring-link-aggregation-groups-on-the-sg350xg-and-sg550.html.
I tried to disable spanning tree, but nothing changed.
In the logs, I found these two messages:
- %2SWTRUNK-I-TRNKPORTPARAM: flow control of port gi26 differ from flow control of Po1 %2SWTRUNK-I-TRNKPORTPARAM: flow control of port gi25 differ from flow control of Po1
- %SNTP-D-NTPBADVER: NTP server version not compatible
I don't know where to focus my attention to fix the issue. Do you have any ideas?

For me, it's good

I can't enable "flow control".
I've done the rest, but it didn't restore communication between the VLANs.
I've lost internet (which I had with a static IP while on VLAN 40)
I tried a lot of little settings, but the "link" between the switch and the router is down. Can't get them to communicate.
