Hello,
I lost access to the WEB management interface of the SG350-28MP switch.
I reset the switch by pressing the reset button for 20 seconds, and once released, many LEDs turned on.
The system LED flashed quickly in green for about 1 hour. Then, from time to time, for a few minutes, it turns solid green. I have access to the WEB interface. The RJ45 port 1 is lit green. After about a minute, it starts blinking green again, as if it’s looping.

I changed the outlet and the cable. Without an RJ45 cable plugged in, the green system LED flashes quickly, but the status doesn’t change.

The cycle in detail:

Without the RJ45 cable plugged in, the green system LED flashes quickly. After 30 seconds, two green LEDs of the SFP port lit up for 10 seconds. Then they went out, and the fans are running fast. The green system LED is still flashing quickly.

With the RJ45 cable plugged in, the LED of the RJ45 port is blinking. The green system LED is solid green 5 seconds after plugging in. I have access to the interface. It lasted for 1 minute. The RJ45 port LED went out. Then in the next second, the system LED became flashing green again.

The LEDs of the SFP port lit up after 30 seconds and then went out. The green LED of the RJ45 port lit up along with the orange LED. This lasted for 5 seconds and then went out. The system LED was flashing green. After that, it goes back to the beginning as if it’s a new cycle (but the fans don’t go to full speed).

It has lost the username and password every time.

Everything just lit up for a second and now only the flashing green system LED is on. We’ve started a new cycle.

I looked online and found this tutorial: https://octavainc.com/blog/cisco-sg350-switch-firmware-update-rollback-procedure/. Does it seem correct to you?

I only have a minute to change the username, password, and upload the .bin file, it’s too tight.

Is it feasible with a USB key in FAT32 format and with the bin file?

Is there an expert who would be kind enough to help me, please?

To potentially help. It was the box's dhcpv6 that was causing the crashes.

Hello,

Which box? Normally, there shouldn't be an active Dhcpv6 server on a box; we are basically in SLAAC by default.

Hello and best wishes,

so prefix delegation then?

But on a switch that doesn't make sense, although it does L3 routing ...

However, you said it was blocking not connected to the box as well, that doesn't add up.

yes it does L3 routing, I connected it directly to the router so that it has an IP

Oh, is it not on a static IP?

It's better on a network device.
