AMD Radeon Software Update
Solvedljm31 Posted messages 11 Status Membre -
Hello
After the Windows 11 update, I get a message saying that my AMD Radeon card is no longer compatible with Windows and it asks me to update the AMD Radeon software. I downloaded the updates from the official AMD site (Adrenalin 24.12.1) and I still get this error message when I turn on my PC.
What else should I do?
Thank you for your help

It's good, the diagnosis is correct.
You don't have an AMD graphics card, just the processor.
Your graphics card is an Nvidia, the drivers are not up to date but it's not a big deal, for CCleaner, do not pay attention to the warning, it's just to indicate that it can be potentially destructive when used improperly.
Let's go back to your message.
We would need a screenshot or a photo of exactly what is noted in this message.
And try to install this driver (6.07.22.037) for the motherboard chipset:
Hello
AMD is indeed struggling to produce compatible drivers for slightly older models, which model of graphics card are we talking about?
That's the processor, and it doesn't have an integrated graphics card; there's another one.
Install UserDiag − Home and run a short diagnostic, then post the link to the result here.
Hello
I hope this is what you want, I'm not an expert in this matter :)
It tells me to update my NVidia driver and remove Cleaner, this app is not bad.

Hello, you have an NVIDIA graphics card and not an AMD one; it's like trying to put parts from a Clio into a Golf, there's a problem.
I uninstalled AMD software, I no longer have the message, so what was the purpose of this application?
Should I also install the NVIDIA update as requested in userdiag?
Thank you for your help
The message came from the installation of a driver not intended for your PC hardware.
As for the NVIDIA update, if you're not gaming on your PC, it's optional; otherwise, it's recommended but not mandatory at all. NVIDIA drivers are updated every month, so you can quickly find yourself with an outdated version.
In case you want to update it, here it is for your graphics card: GeForce Game Ready Driver 566.36 | Windows 11 | NVIDIA
