Smart TV THOMSON not working anymore

Hello,
For the past few days, I can no longer access the SmartTV function on my two Thomson televisions. (65UZ7866 and 40FZ5533)
When I press the red button on the remote, the message "Failed to display the main screen" appears.
The network settings and connection test are correct!
No updates available (via auto network and terrestrial)

This is old equipment (over 10 years old).
There are no more updates, and therefore the services initially offered as part of the smart TV are ceasing to work one by one.
I have experienced this problem with a Philips television.
I don't think there are any solutions.
Your television is certainly still usable for receiving channels (antenna) and for all services from a box with an HDMI connection. But you can forget about the smart TV.

The issue you're experiencing seems to be a software problem, rather than a hardware one, with your televisions. This can sometimes be due to an error on Thomson's part or a bug. Start by unplugging your televisions from the power supply for a few minutes, then plug them back in and see if the problem persists.
If the problem persists, try resetting the televisions to factory settings. However, please note that doing so will erase all downloaded apps, network settings, and personalized settings on your televisions. You will find the reset option in the settings menu of each of your televisions.
If this method doesn't work either, it could be a more serious issue that requires intervention from Thomson's customer service. If your televisions are still under warranty, I recommend contacting Thomson's customer service and explaining the problem to them.
