Unable to complete Norton SmartScan

Hello, can someone tell me how to finalize smartscan? The other Norton scans work fine but this one doesn't complete. I've restarted the computer but that hasn't solved anything.

    Hello,

    Right-click on the start button, use this command with Windows PowerShell (Admin)

    CHKDSK /F C:

    Reply Y for Yes to then restart Windows.

    Next

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    Then

    sfc /scannow

    0
