Unable to display/clear notifications

Hello. By clicking on the icon in the bottom right corner of the screen (notifications), I am now unable to display/delete notifications or access the Notification Center. Additionally, I cannot type any text in the area in the bottom left corner of the screen ("search").
I used DISM...Restorehealth, then sfc /scannow. All good. Before I launch a repair using an ISO image of the system, can I try something else?
Note that I received an alert message: "Run DLL, error in C:\WINDOWS\system32\PcaSvc.dll, Missing entry: PcaWallpaperAppDetect. But after restarting the PC, for now I no longer have any system error messages.
Thank you.

Hello,
There’s not much that would be disturbed by a repair with the ISO, except for services that reactivate when you had previously disabled them.
Given the problems
It would also be possible to repair using PowerShell (Admin) and DISM from the source files of the Windows ISO, by mounting it in the explorer.
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:wim:X:\sources\install.wim:1 /LimitAccess
(Replace X with the drive letter of the Windows installation)
The maneuver indicated by Fabul has not changed the problem. I am disabling Windows notifications (in settings). As for the "search" area, it's not too serious because I can go through PowerShell or search the web. However, when I use ZHP Cleaner, usually it requires me to go through an update before I can run it; since the indicated problem, "it" no longer asks me for the update, so if I want to use this tool, I delete it and then reinstall it (so it will have the latest update). See you later maybe ...
If you want to clean with RegRun Reanimator instead of ZHP Cleaner

Click on Fix Problems and then on Fix Malware Issues
Be careful, it detects potentially risky items, sometimes good, sometimes bad, but sometimes important too; it is essential to sort carefully, using deductions or Internet research and/or VirusTotal.com analysis to remove only viruses or unnecessary items.
You need to look at the tabs at the top for the different types of items viewed.
It shows details such as types, names, and locations of files, etc., which often serve as concrete clues.
Whether an item is marked in red (often bad), yellow, blue, or green, it's the user who must judge the relevance of what is detected.
You can use right-click > Copy to Clipboard to copy the detected text.
Check the items to delete and not the others, then click the red button to delete them, and confirm, continuing by clicking Next in all the tabs where there are detected items, then when you reach Finish! click the Restart is Required button.
