SFR continuous advertising messages but STOP at 4321 impossible

Hello,

I am receiving advertising messages from SFR that I can theoretically stop receiving by sending STOP to 4321.

When I try, I get blocked because it’s a premium number and my plan prevents me from texting them.

Is there another way to handle this?

(It's quite funny that SFR asks to text premium numbers to stop receiving ads... a real shame)

Hello,

In theory, you just need to either block the sender on your phone, which can be inconvenient for legitimate communications, or log into your SFR account, Personal info, Contract and privacy, Manage your personal data, My data my control, and choose what you want to receive and through which channel.
