Red SFR small plans but big anomalies

Hello,
My smartphone made the unfortunate decision to call 222 for 21 seconds... cost 4€ for a monthly plan of 10€
After reporting it here or elsewhere 2 months ago, I saw that 222 had replaced 123 (free call from SFR), I had made the correction... but now, 222 has embedded itself in my contacts and the call was made on its own (??).
Could this number be introduced during a Red update or via a "free" third-party app?
Clever but very limited at SFR
Thank you
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 52.0

Hello
look at this.. and be careful.. this could be due to an app or a share on a social network or accidentally clicking on a malicious link. etc...

good evening
thank you for the response .... in the end I opted for an app that blocks calls to certain numbers that can be chosen.
If we eliminate the networks, the malicious links, there is only my operator left who is able to replace the free 123 with the paid 222 (2.5€ connection fee and 2.5€ per minute while keeping the same title in my contacts)
If we eliminate the networks, the shady connections, all that's left is my operator who can replace the free 123 with the paid 222 (2.5€ for connection and 2.5€ per minute while keeping the same title in my contacts)
SFR isn't going to replace its number with another one.. it just charges for that call. No, you had a problem either with an app or you clicked on a link that you shouldn't have or via the internet, etc..... If you can, back up your data and do a factory reset...
