SMS from SFR "4321" Solved

Question

Hello,

I have an SFR La Carte mobile and I often receive SMS from SFR (4321) (service offers). Today, I received 3 within a 1.5-hour period. It's frustrating. How can I block these service offer messages?

Hello, just reply to the message and send only the word "STOP". Usually, these services stop harassing you with promotional messages after receiving this.

Otherwise, there might be an option to uncheck in your SFR account online...

The Pay-as-you-go customers do not have an Internet account with SFR.

I already did that some time ago, but it didn't work. Otherwise, I will call them back. After I wrote my message on this forum, I received another text from 4321. Are they messing with us or what?

I think these are offers to get you to switch completely to them! Packages, etc.
Otherwise, you can block a number with your phone, kind of like a blacklist, so when they send you a text, you won't receive it; your phone will have blocked it.
What kind of phone do you have?

Or you could call customer service, they might have a solution.

I am an SFR internet subscriber (formerly Neuf..., ex AOL).

To block SMS (flash messages), I have the option "Accept msgs only from..." but by default "The New Service Center" is already in the list and cannot be removed.
