Hello,

I need to download a copy of my end-to-end encrypted Messenger history. When I start downloading the JSON file on the dedicated page, it seems to work, then it "processes" for hours (or even days) without any result. I have tested it on MS Edge and Chrome. Does anyone know how to do it? If you have succeeded, how long did the file download take? Considering I have about 6 months of data to retrieve (messages and photos). Thank you in advance!

    In the Facebook FAQ, it is stated that the operation can take several days.

      Thank you for your response. For my part, when I click on this link, it states that it may take "several minutes." I have been at it for 3 days. I will persevere because I really need to recover this information...
