      One question I have is why HP couldn't find the solution but you could

      So if I understand correctly, it's better to go through HOW IT WORKS than the official websites

      sorry to bother you again about my printer. I followed your instructions last time, but I have a problem.

      Why does my printer keep going "offline," and this happens regardless

      (whether I'm on Wi-Fi or using a cable)? I can't print and have to restart my PC. Can you help me again?

        Unfortunately, I don't really have a solution to your problem, maybe uninstalling it again and then reinstalling it.

    in picture: (you can click on the images to enlarge them)

    1) you need to click on ==> select 1 other operating system

    2) you choose W8.1 in 32 or 64 bits depending on your pc

    3) you click on ==> refresh

    4) you download your driver

    PS: I will choose the one I highlighted instead of HP Easy Start

    5) you install the driver

    PS: the installation is done with the printer unplugged from the pc, you will plug it in when the installation asks you to
