Hello,

for several days my HP ENVY 6000 printer has been displaying error code E3

--> carriage jammed

I've cleaned everything, there's no piece of paper or anything else, I've disassembled and tried to clean as much as possible, but it doesn't change anything.

I attempted to reset the printer, but that doesn't change anything either.

Please, does anyone have a solution? I don't know what else to do!

      Thank you, but I started with this and indeed it doesn't work.

      The printer is obviously no longer under warranty, and customer service suggests buying another one...
