Disable Microsoft apps

Hello, Avast informs me that Microsoft 365-en-gb, Copilot, and Bingpopup are slowing down my PC. I am running Windows 11. Is it possible to disable these three apps and how?

    Hello,

    Start by uninstalling Avast, that’s mainly what slows down the PC.

    If you don’t use Copilot or all the Bing bling, you can disable most of the unwanted Microsoft elements with O&O ShutUp10++

    I roughly recommend these settings
