Hello
I can no longer print on my HP Photosmart 3310 all-in-one.
Does anyone know what to do when you get the message "0xc18a0106" on your HP printer? Thank you all

I had the same error and I followed this procedure that worked
"Turn on the printer.
Once it's ready, hold down the "9" and "#" buttons
Unplug the power cable while continuing to hold down
wait about thirty seconds
plug the power back in without releasing the buttons
the HP logo appears on the screen
wait for the screen to go off
Finally, you can release the two buttons
Then turn on the printer using the power button
Enter the language and other settings again
then wait for the printer to do the maintenance for about 5 minutes
That's it, the printer is working again"

Thank you so much, Absky! It works perfectly for my HP Photosmart C7280 All-in-One!!! I thought I would have to buy a new All-in-One and “scrap” my full ink cartridges from the one I currently have. It was really... how should I put it? ANNOYING!!!
Especially since the colors are very nice on the documents I print.
So once again, a BIG THANK YOU! -

Sans éteindre le produit, débranchez le câble USB à l'arrière du produit.
Retirez les cartouches du produit.
Attendez que le message 'Insérer les cartouches' s'affiche sur le panneau de contrôle.
Débranchez le cordon d'alimentation à l'arrière du produit.
Attendez 60 secondes.
Reconnectez le cordon d'alimentation. Si le produit ne s'allume pas automatiquement, appuyez sur le bouton d'alimentation ( ).
Réinsérez les cartouches, puis fermez toutes les portes ouvertes du produit.
Si vous recevez une invitation à imprimer une page de calibration, faites-le.
Reconnectez le câble USB à l'arrière du produit, puis essayez d'imprimer à nouveau. -
