    Sorry, but I'm not sure I fully grasp your question. I infer that you're having trouble getting in touch with a seller, but the platform you're on automatically suggests an old email address you no longer use — is that correct?

    Could you just try to be a bit more explicit in your request, for example, specify which online marketplace you’re on?

    What you’re describing likely corresponds to an automatic Google autofill that tends to pre-fill your personal information from a form page.

    You can simply move the cursor to the "email address" field, delete it, and manually type in your new one.
